Customer satisfaction is our top priority. To achieve this goal, we
are happy to offer a full refund on all products returned within 30 days of the
date the item was shipped. However, returned items must be new and in unworn condition
(we cannot accept returns on items that have been stained, finished or altered
in any way). All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a full
refund less a 20% restocking fee, which will be credited to the same form of payment
used for the original purchase.

Most CedarStore.com shipments are delivered by FedEx
or UPS ground,
which normally takes a week or less for delivery (larger shipments
may require Motor Freight). All
shipments require a physical address (we cannot ship to a PO box number) and
a phone number, which the carrier can call if they have a delivery problem or
questions. All furniture is shipped partially assembled. Assembly
is easy and requires only household tools. Items damaged in shipment will be replaced
at no cost to you. We are committed to getting your order processed and shipped
as quickly as possible. Most of our products ship in two business days. There will
be additional transit time of two days (east coast), or up to four or five days
(west coast) depending on your location.
