Our Deluxe 4-Beam Vinyl Pergolas feature the strongest pergola beam possible, by taking 2x8 Treated Pine boards and enclosing them in a heavy vinyl sleeve. We then join two of these together to form a double beam, and add a bottom board to cover the lower seam. After that, we include the end supports and corner braces. This creates an attractive and incredibly strong structure, that has virtually no chance to bow, twist or warp.

These beams are heavy duty, and fairly heavy so be sure to have some extra help during assembly. You will not see any wood inside the vinyl sleeves of the pergola as it is sealed from all sides.
