A great product

I did considerable research on the Internet and finally found this particular product which met our needs. It's a great looking product.
Service and Delivery Comments:
The only comment or complaint I have is with the furnished 3" bolts used to attach the headers to the side panels. In 3 cases, these 3" bolts were not long enough to accept the treads for the nuts. I had to chisel out the recessed areas to get enough threads exposed to accept the nuts. I would recommend that these furnished bolts be either 3.25" or 3.5".

Great product

Bought this for a customer. It was a little less expensive for me to buy from Fifthroom and install than to figure the materials and have my guys build it from scratch. Also, the cedar was high quality and was easy to construct. I'd do it again in a heart beat.
