A WORK OF ART, BUT ORDER EARLY!!!!!

This heirloom is an absolute work of art! I gave it to my son and daughter-in-law for Christmas 2012. I thought by ordering it on October 23 they would surely receive it by Christmas, but they did not get it until January 4, 2013. That is my only beef! It was well worth the wait!!!!!!

Cindy Henry (CSR) worked very well with me to get just the right personalization. She was great! When I called to check on the shipping on December 23, the rep (unknown) told me it was shipping out the next day. With the holiday delay, that made us receive it later. BUT!!!! IT WAS WELL WORTH IT!
