Nice, but size is inaccurate

Took a while to arrive, but a nicely-made piece. One thing to note is that the 18"length dimension is for the base, not the roof overhang (which makes it more around 21"L).. it's larger than I expected but still worked for my post. Also--on mine at least-- the flag is on the other side of the mailbox. Didn't matter to me, but thought I'd mention it, since it's different from the photo.
