Glad we bought it

Overall, we are pretty happy with the swing, now that we have it assembled and hung. The shipping was fast and easy, we did not have the issues that another reviewer mentioned. We hung the swing using all 4 chains that were included in the package (although the instructions only show 2 chains). The 4 chains give it a nice gentle and level rocking motion, making it a great place to fall asleep on a lazy afternoon. I'm happy that we bought it.

Service and Delivery Comments:
I did call customer service to make a change in my cushion purchase, switching from the thinner cushion to the thicker Sunbrella one. The customer service rep was great, she was able to make the switch even though the cushion I originally ordered was already custom built. Turns out another customer wanted it, so the switch was possible. I really appreciated the extra effort. I do recommend getting the Sunbrella cushion because it is much thicker, and because you can find back cushions to match.

Love My Swing

Quality built swing! Very sturdy. Wood is sanded, no rough edges. Easy to assemble.

Worth trouble once assembled!

We like the swing.

Service and Delivery Comments:
Once The Cedar Store made right on the correct swing (their mistake), we had to meet the truck driver two miles away for the delivery of bigger swing, since we live in a rural area. None of this was expained to us before we ordered, so I had to arrange to get someone to help me meet with the truckdriver since they do not "lift". And the hardware directions were incorrect for assembly. Good thing we like the swing.
