Pleased with Product

Table and benches are well built and were put together fairly easily once the directions were figured out. Only paper directions are drawings of where the parts fit and it was slightly confusing until we referred to the actual image of an assembled table and benches with the 2x4 braces.The stain and finish is well worth the purchase cost. Overall happy with the purchase!

The order was placed on May 31st but it was not received until July 23rd. It took several contacts in mid July to find out if the order had been shipped. We were told 2xs that it was shipping out the next day. Lack of communication in CS with someone that knew what was going on seemed to be a problem.

very sturdy

Happy with product and the quality!Found printed assembly info was a little confusing and had to refer to the actual pictures of product to get a better view. Assembly was easy after clarifying orientation of the legs.

Service and Delivery Comments:
Did not get proper notification of the shipping date from manufacturer and had to contact several time. Had ordered on Memorial Day and did not receive product until late July. Shipping company was timely.

It's a keeper!

This one solidly constructed set!! I sprung for the stainless hardware and sealer and am glad I did. The table and benches will be around for decades! If I had to make a negative comment it would be that I wish the table was an inch higher but that's all.

Had a little hiccup with the assembly but couldn't ask for better customer service!! They went above and beyond and were a pleasure to deal with.

60" Round Picnic Table

Great product,even better with one mod.

The only thing I would change are the braces that go from the table legs to the underside of the table. The ends of the braces do not make full contact with the pieces they attach to. This could be accomplished by either adjusting the placement of the cross braces on the bench assembly or the cross pieces on the underside of the table. I think this mod would make it perfect.
